HOME GAIN AWARD: Top Producer in Colorado 2010
And now a word (or two) from Dana:
Born and raised in Southern California, I moved to Evergreen, Colorado in 1980. At that time I was a career banker (New Accounts, Teller, Safe Deposit, CD's, IRA's and the like).
I transitioned into non-profit work as a grant writer and event coordinator for Bridgeway Homes For Pregnant Teens and worked in that capacity for several years.
Then in 1998 I took my real estate exam - and the rest, as they say, was hiistory! As a full-time Realtor working under the guidance of Hank Clark (broker/owner of CEC REALTY) I enjoy each day serving my clients and continuing to grow in the industry. It's not enough to just list and show properties anymore! Today's agents have to be tech-savvy and willing to take on an ever-changing real estate environment.
From short sales to lender-owned and everything in between, the Colorado real estate market keeps me sharpening my skills and sharing knowledge with my clients - and I love it! First-time buyers, step-up or scale-down buyers, investors, and retirees all know Colorado has something for everyone!
My hobbies include stained glass creating and warm glass work which includes kiln firing.
My husband and I served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chapter of AIWF (American Institute of Wine and Food) which allowed us to support young chefs and sommeliers with scholarships and competitions. (Let's face it, without these creative minds we'll all be eating nothing but fast food!) Unfortunately, the Colorado Chapter has closed its doors for the last time.
Thanks for reading all of this! I look forward to hearing from you soon - Let's Do Denver!
